Rough sketch. I tried to get the shadows down but didn’t quite get it. I’m trying to find my style. This is how I draw when I just want to draw a character, but I want to find some sort of continuing style to keep my work consistent. Also I want to become quick with it. I’ll keep roughing it out till I find it.

I started drawing a random dude and it turned out he looked like Rufio from that Peter Pan Movie where Robin Williams was Peter Pan. Also I put some circuitry on his face. I was thinking about how people were saying they were gonna tattoo electronics into humans in the future. To make things like Google Glasses and Minority Report Interfaces real without all the weird peripherals. And I just drew it on him.
I plan to make hand-drawn art to try and find my own style and voice in art.
Finding Time to Draw
Right now I don’t have that much time to draw new things. But when I do I’m trying to make the most of it. I also got new tools like the white Signo pen and Faber Castell pencil erasers. I plan to do more traditional hand-drawn art.
